PSI accepts Visa, MasterCard or Company check. With approved credit our payment terms are Net 30 days. Please call for a credit application.

1. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ITEMS DO NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT. We try to ship the most economical way whenever possible. Most stock items ship within 1 business day. Special handling and overnight deliveries are available with Visa/MasterCard prepayment. Freight charges will be added to all invoices.

3. FOR OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS, please phone PSI TOLL FREE at 1-800-234-8700. We will fax over a short credit application. Once approved, terms will become Net 30 days. (minimum open account order is $100.00)

4. NON-EXEMPT ARIZONA residents or businesses will be charged sales tax.

8. BEFORE WE CAN PROCEED. A sales order / terms & conditions will be faxed or mailed to all customers when a custom printed bag is ordered. NO ORDER for custom printed bags will be produced without PSI first receiving the following signed documents: customer sales order, terms and conditions and an artwork proof. If customer supplies plates, no artwork proof will be needed. The above can be sent via mail or fax.

9. WHEN USING VISA / MASTERCARD. On all custom printed bags a deposit of approximately 50% will be placed on your card when order is placed. The balance due, including artwork/plates and freight charges will be charged to your card when order is ready to ship. Once approved, bags will be shipped.

10. OVER / UNDER RUN TOLERANCES. Copy will be sent with your order. (terms&conditions) All orders subject to standard over / under runs as commercially acceptable in our industry.

11. TERMS & CONDITIONS. A complete list of terms & conditions will accompany all orders. It must be signed and returned along with your sales order. A copy can be faxed to you upon request.
